Our research investigates how lysosomal dysfunction contributes to α-synuclein accumulation and neuronal vulnerability in Parkinson’s disease. By combining human disease models with molecular and cellular approaches, we aim to identify mechanisms that restore protein clearance and cellular homeostasis.
